  • Where does Meloway ship?

    Meloway currently ships to all 50 U.S. states and D.C..

  • What are my shipping options?

    Meloway offers standard (3-7 business days) and rush (1-2 business days) shipping options.
    Standard shipping is $4.5.
    Rush shipping is $25.

  • Do you offer free shipping?

    Yes! Any order $30 and above, excluding taxes, is eligible for free standard shipping.

  • When will my order ship?

    Once you place an order, your order will be shipped within 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays) unless there is further delay, and you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number.

  • How can I cancel my order?

    Please call 877-372-1965 as soon as possible or email with the subject “Cancel My Order” and include your order number. Our call center operates from 8AM to 5PM PST, Monday through Fridays, excluding major holidays. If your order has not processed yet, we will do our best to accommodate your request. But please keep in mind that many orders are processed the same day!

  • How do I check the status of my order?

  • This is not the product I ordered

    We are so sorry and we will make this right for you. Please email us at, and we will find a solution that works for you! We will fully refund or send a replacement at no cost to you. We only ask that you contact us within 30 days from receiving the product.

  • My product arrived damaged

    Sometimes, there can be some wear and tear on the outer packaging during transit, and this is perfectly normal. But if you find that the product itself arrived damaged, please email us at within 30 days from receipt, and we will make it right for you.

  • What is your return policy?

    We hope you love your purchase, but if you aren’t happy, please email with your order number, name, and email used to place your order within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in new or gently used condition. You will be responsible for arranging the shipment for returning your item. Once your return is received, we will process your request within 5 business days and notify you. Please note that sale or promotional items cannot be refunded, and shipping costs are non-refundable.
