Once you place an order, your order will be shipped within 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays) unless there is further delay, and you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject “Cancel My Order” and include your order number. Our call center operates from 8AM to 5PM PST, Monday through Fridays, excluding major holidays. If your order has not processed yet, we will do our best to accommodate your request. But please keep in mind that many orders are processed the same day!
