At Meloway, we are all about breaking rules and conventions. While we are lifelong makeup enthusiasts, our biggest inspiration comes from those who are on a journey of discovering makeup as a tool of expressing their individuality. Whether you are already an experienced makeup lover or just beginning to discover makeup, we all can agree that beauty should not be an exclusionary space.That’s why we are obsessed with revolutionary ideas that make makeup easier and more approachable. Our wildly original products ranging from one-handed lipstick to liquid eyeliner with an eraser may not look like anything that you grew up watching on your mom’s vanity table, but they are all about making makeup easy, accessible and not at all daunting!

Two brothers from a family of beauty gurus, obsessed with all things beauty
We’re two brothers from a family of beauty innovators, obsessed with all things beauty. When we say we come from a “beauty family”, we mean it. And as first-generation Korean immigrants, we have always been inspired by K-Beauty and its focus on innovative products with beneficial ingredients.With all that history, how could we do anything but start a beauty company? We’ve been brainstorming ideas for cool, innovative products since we were kids, and today, not a day goes by that we’re not inventing and perfecting.In 2018 it all came together over lattes at our favorite coffee shop in Brooklyn. An hour later, we walked out with a dream to build a brand that would reflect our vision, heritage, and passion for using good, clean ingredients in novel ways. Meloway was born – the brand all about breaking rules and making makeup approachable for everyone.Ash & Aiden

At Meloway, we are continuously pushing the boundaries of what it means to be inclusive. For us, inclusive beauty means making beauty accessible to EVERYONE, including people living with disabilities. That is why our color offerings are carefully developed to complement different skin tones and even eye colors, and why our products are designed to be easier to use, especially for those living with upper extremity disabilities and injuries.
