Raised in a family of beauty gurus in Korea, our vision is fueled by a lifelong passion for beauty, grounded in K-Beauty’s drive for innovation and change. Growing up, we were fascinated with beauty products, playing with them, breaking them apart, and exploring how they could be made better and easier. Looking back, it seems obvious that we were destined to start our own beauty brand.When we created Meloway, we wanted to build a brand that is for everyone, from your beauty maven to people that the industry has marginalized. And we wanted our products to be easy to use from formulation to application because makeup should be fun, effortless, and playful. As we started developing features that make our products easier to use and ergonomic, we saw that these same aspects make products more accessible for people with upper extremity conditions. The beauty industry still has a long way to go to reflect the needs and voices of people with physical disabilities. And one of the ways to make beauty more accessible is by making the packaging and applicators easier to open, apply, grip, and hold. We have listened to many voices and have spent countless hours on research and development to make our products more user-friendly and accessible. And our journey is nowhere near done. Our commitment extends beyond creating cutting-edge products.
